Food sustains life, but it also brings joy.

Eating is more than simply meeting nutritional needs, it’s a celebration, a social connection, and an expression of culture and creativity. The foods we choose to nourish ourselves can have a profound impact on both physical and mental wellbeing.

Because every body is different, my work centers on a personalized approach to nutrition. Rather than following rigid plans, we focus on understanding how your body responds to food and identifying sustainable habits that support your health and lifestyle.

Our work together begins by exploring your health concerns, goals, and daily routines. From there, we look for patterns, identify potential barriers, and address the underlying factors that may be affecting your wellbeing.

The goal is to make meaningful changes feel practical and achievable. Together we develop strategies that respect your food preferences, cultural traditions, and the realities of your daily life, so that nourishing yourself becomes both sustainable and enjoyable.

Ultimately, it’s about helping you build a relationship with food that supports long-term health while still allowing space for pleasure, creativity, and connection.

My Approach

My approach combines nutrition science, culinary expertise, and practical lifestyle strategies. Rather than relying on rigid diets or generic nutrition advice, I help clients develop personalized approaches to eating that support long-term health while still allowing food to remain enjoyable.

I believe that food should nourish the body, support resilience, and still bring pleasure to everyday life. My goal is to help clients build a relationship with food that supports both their health and their quality of life.

I provide holistic nutrition guidance, wellness coaching, and personalized lifestyle support designed to help clients build sustainable habits that support long-term health and wellbeing.

My work focuses on individualized holistic nutrition and wellness support.

Why people seek support

Many of my clients come to me after years of trying to “eat healthier” but still struggling with fatigue, digestive issues, inflammation, or confusing reactions to foods. Others feel overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice and are looking for a more thoughtful, personalized approach.

Together we focus on understanding how your body responds to food and building sustainable habits that support your health in a way that feels realistic and enjoyable.

Who I Work With

I work with individuals seeking a thoughtful, personalized approach to nutrition, particularly those navigating autoimmune conditions, food sensitivities, or neurodivergent health needs, as well as people transitioning toward a more plant-forward way of eating.

My Path to Nutrition

My path into nutrition began with my own health journey. While navigating autoimmune issues years ago, I discovered the profound impact that diet—particularly a plant-forward approach, can have on overall wellbeing. The improvements I experienced sparked a lifelong interest in the healing potential of food and the science behind it.

Food has always been central to my life. I grew up in a household filled with vibrant Italian cooking, much of it naturally plant-centric. That early exposure shaped both my love of cooking and my understanding that some of the most nourishing foods are also the simplest.

Professional Background

For more than twenty years I worked professionally in kitchens, developing creative plant-based dishes and refining my culinary skills. Later, I moved into product development within the organic food and beverage industry, where I helped create products for leading wellness brands across the United States.

While I value that experience, what matters most to me is working directly with people. My work today focuses on helping clients better understand their bodies, improve their health, and build sustainable nutrition habits that genuinely fit their lives.

I am currently continuing my studies toward becoming a Registered Dietitian.
